I can feel my legs getting stronger. Since I’m not doing a speed component
in this training, I’ll be running a 12-minute mile during the event, I think
the conditioning and leg strength will be paramount. I’ll try to design a program for the remainder of the
training over the next couple of days.
The weather is beautiful this time of year in
Mississippi. I’m so happy to be
outside, running.
